The Chicken Rice Shop
Went to Vivocity last week on Wednesday with Badrun. I had to
go for an interview at Sentosa, after that we went to Vivocity as
we were so hungry to the core. We looked around and I was like
telling Badrun that I don't want to ever think of eating at Burger
King or Long John Silver. I had simply enough of fastfood. I
needed something that is worth it. A fulfilling meal. Especially, at
that point of time, I badly wanted to eat rice. We went to the
basement. Oh my, there was this new restaurant
go for an interview at Sentosa, after that we went to Vivocity as
we were so hungry to the core. We looked around and I was like
telling Badrun that I don't want to ever think of eating at Burger
King or Long John Silver. I had simply enough of fastfood. I
needed something that is worth it. A fulfilling meal. Especially, at
that point of time, I badly wanted to eat rice. We went to the
basement. Oh my, there was this new restaurant
'The Chicken Rice Shop'.
It seemed new to me, as in a new restaurant built.
Nice ambience. Good food. Me and Badrun quickly shoot inside
the restaurant and ordered our meals. I ordered Barbecue
Honey Chicken Rice Single Combo meal and Badrun ordered
Curry Chicken Single Combo meal. It took quite long to come
and I can't wait to eat. As starters, we ordered Fried Wanton with
Special Sauce. And not forgetting Teh Terik. * It was in the
evening* When the food arrived, we whacked our food and as
usual our Badrun was not able to finish it and I had to finish it
for her. It cost us around $22. Quite worth it. The food was
indeed very delicious.
