Feel the ethnic ambience with tasteful artifacts that reflects the unique fusion of Indonesian and Thai culture at Bali-Thai Restaurant. This halal-certified restaurant offers a unique marriage of Balinese and Thai cuisines.
We wanted to taste something different from Indian so we headed down to Bali Thai to Suntec City for dinner. It was yet another get together dinner with my BFF to celebrate their birthdays and reminisce over dinner.
As both Farhanah and Saliha were born in the same month of June, we celebrated both their birthdays together.
I presented them their birthday gifts and we also had a great time munching down our food at Bali Thai. We went for ala carte so that we can choose our own dishes.
I totally forgot what the names of the dishes we chose are but I know that we ordered mutton, omelette and a teriyaki chicken dish. All the dishes were up to the mark and even though the prices of the food were pricey it’s worth it. For a delicious treat, do try out the chef’s recommendations as whatever we ordered were under the Chef’s recommendation category.
As I felt like going for something more traditional and Thai, I went for a whole coconut drink which was soo tasty that it quenched my thirst. Farhanah is a crazy about Ruby so she ordered Rubyan Saliha didn’t order any cause she wanted share with me the coconut drink.
Overall, BALI THAI was a good experience and the food was delicious. Thumbs up.
